The Mid-City location has stopped making carrying trays and lid splash stick available. I always order two drinks and some food and I was told I have to ask for them now--- the baristas are very busy and not available to ask for the carrier. Why would this location make the service worse by not helping customers with a basic need like this? Please reconsider your policy. Otherwise - the baristas do a good job. I believe this must be a manager issue? Thank you
Sooo now you can’t get a water with ice unless you purchase something guy at the front said it’s a new policy which I’ve never heard of Starbucks doing that so be aware u can’t get a water because he claims it’s no way to charge you even tho offered to pay for the cup that’s a charge lol maybe because I was African American. Who knows but yea.
I don't know the problem with this location. Twice, weeks apart I've gotten a mocha Frappuccino and both times I had to throw it out. Completely flavorless. Drinks were poorly mixed and tasted more like iced milk rather than a flavored coffee drink. Even the whip cream is bad. I had a family member taste test just to make sure my taste wasn't off so it's definitely not me and I love this drink all other locations. Way too $$$ for this quality.
The young man at the window was very rude when taking my order at the drive thru. He not only rushed me on my entire order but he also had an attitude and when I asked about adding a singular cake pop he said “well normally i’d ask you to pull around but I guess i can add it, it’s whatever”. I definitely will not be returning to this location until they hire more enthusiastic workers or at least someone who treats people with respect.
