I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Starbucks Huntsville today. I live literally 0.2 miles from the store, so I usually walk there. Today I placed a mobile pickup order and walked over as usual. When I reached the store, the door had a sign saying that due to staff shortage all pickups must be done through the drive-thru. It closes its doors all of the time. Close the drive through if you want to close something. We made a mobile order and had to go through the drive through to get our order even though we were on foot. People were disrespectful because we had to go to the drive through window to get our order. The owners should be aware of this problem. If you can’t take inside orders then close the restaurant or hire better management.
5 shots espresso? More like 5 cups of Milk, barely any coffee in it Like 3rd time already Get it right yall
This is the worst Starbucks to order any drink with cold foam from. They never give you extra or the regular amount. The foam is never flavorful enough compared to other Starbucks in the city. Go elsewhere if you want something with cold foam. It’ll be 1000x better. I’d much rather go to Target’s before this location.
Visited around 10:20am Friday February 13. Extremely long wait with no acknowledgement from any staff. I ordered a shaken espresso— a beverage that is designed to be espresso forward with a lot of ice and splash of milk. The barista shook my drink inside the plastic cup, not the normal shaker. The shaken espresso had very little ice and way too much milk, more like a latte. There was also about an inch of room left at the top, and no message written on the cup.
