Every time I come to this location it seems to be a problem. Kai is always unfriendly to me. And for whatever reason, it seems personal. I spent money here and would like to be treated better.
Coffee is always good
Arrived 5:36pm - order 2 grandes - ASia told us she dumped it at 5:30 to prepare for closing, I asked her to make a pot, she said it is too close to closing she had to clean up- I asked what time closing was - she replied 7pm
Customer service was horrible.
We walked in and placed our order the people were extremely nice. It took barely any time for them to make 5 drinks and they were some of the best I have had from Starbucks!
