This previously was a five star review, but I’ve had to change it to a one star review because of the last few incidences that I’ve had regarding poor overs. I got an attitude now on a few different occasions regarding poor overs like they’re mad that they have to do them and they treated me disrespectfully. I cannot drink regular coffee. I have to have dark roast and I do not deserve to be treated a certain way because I need dark roast at a certain time of the day. This is unacceptable.
