I went in, showed them my order. Got it and there was no strawberry purée like I had shown the lady. It was a drink I seen that is suppose to take taste a chocolate covered strawberry. Well it tasted like plain coffee. Wasn’t sweet at all. Also it’s my birthday. And I didn’t get my reward because it didn’t scan right? Even though in my personal info it showed my birthday. RecommendedWhoever made my Flat White with 1 Splenda at 4:56 PM drive thru today (ordered with a box of vanilla milk) - it was freaking perfect! Like you need to train everyone to make it exactly like you did! They're always good, but this one! YUM!!!!

I just want to say THANK YOU to the Wednesday afternoon crew - my son John (who has autism) comes in with Diane (his caregiver) every Wednesday after working at Lafayette Industries sheltered workshop, and the crew are always so amazing with him. Yesterday was his 23rd birthday, and the crew really made him feel special, getting him a birthday cake pop and his favorite drink! This is ‘our’ Starbucks for a reason, and we are SO thankful for every team member here�.
My husband just picked up a grande caramel macchiato for me - extra shot- extra caramel- extra hot! Brought it home ... Expecting to take a sip of a strong macchiato ... instead I’m sitting here drinking milk. What a disappointment �
