Never had a problem with this location, the service, or the staff. Thanks for all your hard work (especially during the difficult winter/holiday season when we all want hot drinks!).
I ordered a Chestnut Praline Frappuccion Venti. Barista made a chestnut praline cream, he call the drink twice I didn't grab it b/c I saw it was too light and didn't look like my usual (chestnut) third time he call drink with my name I told him that I didn't grab it b/c it didn't look like my order he said its your order... a chestnut praline cream. Best Starbucks in Moreno Valley! Great service...happy staff..good manager
My husband and I are regulars at this spot, usually the service is great...sometimes the drive thru lines are a bit long, but I don't mine the wait. The only issue I have is with the app, when I order a my drink, which is my very berry hibiscus, the app allows you to increase the number of scoops of berries but some how it doesn't translate to the Starbucks location as scoop, it actually goes to them as a number count of berries going into my drink. I'm a regular and I usually have pretty decent service when I come here. The last three weeks babe benj really bad. I'm used to coming in and leaving 5 minutes after my order is done. The last few weeks I've waited 15+ minutes for my drink, and I've almost been late to work. Today in particular frustrated me as the lady who took my order made everyone's drink and breakfast sandwich before she made mine. People who ordered after me left quicker than I did. I'm disappointed in the decline of service at this starbucks.
