Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They have the menu board after the order speaker so you can't see what you want to order. So the customer had to order at the pickup window,.I just waited 45 minutes to get my latte. Suggestion, don't use the drive - thru. The employees are very friendly though. I'm disabled so I depend on the drive - thru. This is an easy fix, just put the menu in front of the order speaker like every other drive - thru.
I travel for my coffee coming all the way from Menifee area. Day street Starbucks is 24 hrs and every employee is happy and friendly and all have the best coffee making skills. Dawnlina is absolutely incredible and is always smiling and welcoming and I enjoy coming there no matter how far the distance it is always worth it!
The Starbucks is pretty busy but the customer service was beyond excellent they actually thought of what we needed and they came through with what they did especially the cashier Lena beyond the best customer service.
They were great! They even gave my little ball of fluff a small cup of water going thru the drive thru!
