The location was clean, the baristas were friendly enough. There's a drive-thru as well as a sit-in dining area
The customer service at this location needs a lot of work. The staff do not make you feel welcomed and do not seem sincere to help. I have come to this location a few times and each time I ask myself why. It’s such a drastic difference than other locations. One manager I spoke to was very helpful and the other had the same energy as the staff members.
Absolutely terrible service. They take forever. The pickup times are never accurate. The drinks are not accurate either.
Walked in to order just a coffee. Took 30 minutes and the coffee was wrong. The order flow needs to be improved. Avoid this location at all costs
