Update — we were taken care of in the drive-thru today, which helped make up for the experience we originally reviewed. I’d be glad to update the review further if this location could start providing some consistency. But credit where it’s due — thank you for making today’s experience right.
Oh, you made a mistake? We shop you guys 3-4 times a week. Please start getting our order right some of the time. From now on I’ll be parking in the drive thru window to confirm everything.
Emily the manager is absolutely ahhhhmazing!!! I’ve been searching for the orange/peach snoopy tumbler since the drop on Tuesday. I called all the Starbucks this morning to see if they got some restock and none had anything and I was told to check back on Tuesday. Emily then returned my call from this morning to tell me they had once in which I ran to the store. She went above and beyond world class customer service. She is an asset to the company and absolutely deserves daily Recognition and a raise. Thank you so much Emily... read more
They live up to the Howard Schultz standard. Well done!
