The team at this Starbucks are truly outstanding ! I’ve found my self in here at least 3 days a week and I’m always greeted so politely. Tessa , Alyssa , Marcella , Juliana , Finn , you all are so dam wonderful! Getting my coffee isn’t just placing an order but it’s the kindness and caffeine I need to start the day with a positive kick. the team brings a personable aspect that is hard to find anywhere these days they make you feel like they really care :) <3
Both girls who were working on 11/13 at 4pm, were extremely rude. The girl at the register had an attitude problem and clearly wasn’t happy about being there. There was an elderly man ahead of us and she was having an attitude issue and rolling her eyes at him. By the time is was our turn, I was going to pay with my Starbucks app card and she couldn’t explain as to why that form of payment wasn’t accepted. They had new employees making drinks without supervision, she was busy. The drink they made was not a carmel macchiato. It didn't have the sweetness and didn't have any coffee taste even though it was a quad
