A very unusual location. Also the slowest ordering process of any coffee chain. Every interaction at the till takes forever. They haven't trained their staff very well. I ordered a new drink item and the baristas didn't know how to make it, or made some other error. When they eventually figured it out, I was late returning from my break, and they served the drink in a GLASS CUP. What am I supposed to do with that?? A rare Starbucks that open late until 8:30 or so in the evening. All the usual food and drinks of the chain, served by a friendly crew. The downtown location includes more ample seating inside and outside that is usually found, owing to the unusual architecture of this corner building.

Dear Starbucks, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had today at one of your locations. I ordered a “Brown Sugar Oat Cortado” — the same drink I’ve ordered many times at other Starbucks locations — and I specifically asked for a large size. However, the staff gave me a small size.
