Ordered a holiday drink to get a red cup and the staff said they ran out. As I waited for my friends drink a person in the back seemed to be the store manager came out with a box that seemed to have more red cups saying "Look what I found and all the employees looked at him and said, just put it away." And looked at us without offering us a cup. To me this is false advertising because they basically refused to give us our red cup! 151 University Ave, Palo Alto CA 94301
