Apparently my order was taken by the young current manager working at Terminal A (level 2, near Wendy's) on June 18th at 10:40 AM. I am SO upset. Personally, I am running on a couple hours of sleep and I've have had an emotional week. Of course, I do not expect anyone to know this. However, I do expect a manager or shift lead or someone who is supposed to be a LEADER to talk to customers with RESPECT. I thought the new horchata drink was a cold brew. I order two sandwiches and they replaced it for smaller sizes without letting me know. They didn’t want to process my refund at the store and made me call the app and wait for a refund.
The staff was so nice! The AC is broken in their workspace and one of the cake pops melted a little, so they gave my sister that one for free. Apparently it's been broken for a while and Las Vegas is really hot so their manager should do something about it. Only complaint is that the prices were higher than normal, but it's an airport business so that's to be expected.
Worst airport Starbucks I've been to, and it's been quite a few. Super unorganized. My food came out 15 minutes after my drink, and the staff was just being rude the entire time. Everyone just bunches up, you can't tell which line is which, and they even had customer reading out the names for them because they couldn't be bothered. Do better, Starbucks.
