Very rude find another job if you don’t know how to behave around people
Lady at the register was mean said they weren’t taking cash but the person infront of me paid cash. If you’re lazy just say that. Dont think I’ve been to a worse Starbucks place ever
Worst experience at a Starbucks I've ever had. Firstly, I had asked prior if they carried everything bagels before I waited in the 15+ minute line and they said yes. I get up to the register and the dude is just staring at me not saying anything. Then with an attitude he says "Are you gonna order or what?" Is it not your job to ask me what I want? So I start ordering an everything bagel and he cuts me off and says "I'm stopping you right there we don't even have those." Don't waste your time here
It wasn’t bad but took a good moment. Although I know they were busy and I felt bad there was only one women doing a lot of drinks all by herself. So obviously it’ll take a min. I wish they wouldn’t leave one person to do a lot of drinks by themselves during a rush that’s not fair. Drink was good. And i appreciate the hard work of the lady doing her best to be timely when doing all the drinks by herself. But the cashier guy wasn’t very warm but oh well I guess.
Apparently my order was taken by the young current manager working at Terminal A (level 2, near Wendy's) on June 18th at 10:40 AM. I am SO upset. Personally, I am running on a couple hours of sleep and I've have had an emotional week. Of course, I do not expect anyone to know this. However, I do expect a manager or shift lead or someone who is supposed to be a LEADER to talk to customers with RESPECT. I thought the new horchata drink was a cold brew.
