Overpriced and they didn't put any espresso in my frappe and they insisted that they did. Waste of money
As someone who goes to Starbucks daily, this was by far the worst service I’ve experienced. The baristas were very unorganized, multiple orders were lost, and several drinks were made wrong after a 30+ minute wait. We waited another 30 minutes just to get the rest of our order. In the end, we had to leave without 2 of our drinks so we wouldn’t miss our flight. Very disappointing experience.
Just before 5:00 p.m. on May 15, a Latina barista with red-dyed hair made the wrong drink I had ordered via mobile app. When I pointed it out, she didn’t even apologize; she just made a sour face, finished her shift, and left, leaving the remaining staff to make my drink. Starbucks’ service quality just keeps getting worse—they have no future.
