Very bad customer service either very bad coffee.
I had a really disappointing experience at Burwood Starbucks today. After taking a few sips of my drink, I found a hair inside it. It was incredibly unhygienic and completely put me off finishing my order. For a company like Starbucks, I expect much better quality control and hygiene standards. It's frustrating to pay for a drink and then have to throw it away because of something that should never happen. I hope the store takes food safety and cleanliness more seriously to prevent this from happening to other customers.
