Are your baristas serious? I ordered it with no ice and filled to 80% capacity, yet the vast majority of that space was just milk foam—that is seriously stingy.
Very disappointing. Ordered because of the UberBuy One Get One Free promotion, but only received one drink, and no straws were provided.
Choose online order to save my time, then I had to wait longer bc staff choose to make frappo for order after me. i came store and order online, sat and wait right at pick up counter. But I saw a lot of customer (in-store order) (ofc after me) received the drinks. When I nicely asked staff, she ignored and walked away. I understood it’s busy, but it’s doesn’t mean to allow to be rude with customer.
I accidentally dropped some money(my fault) then the cashier blamed me when the drink was $8.50. I gave her nine dollars and helped her get 25 cents then she accused me of me giving her only $8.25 when I gave her $9. She eventually found it and she never apologized…
