Please give me what I order, especially when my order is so expensive. I asked for my Passion Tea to not be diluted, because the extra water ruins the taste, I also asked for sweetener. It is NOT sweetened and it IS diluted. Thank you for ruining my drink. I pay good money for this tea and expect it to be done right. Quit being cheap, and make your customers happy. On a positive note, the worker was a sweetheart.
Employees were great. Amount of time we waited was minimal. The product was less than I am accustomed to. My mocha was either not stirred well or the chocolate was light.
I waited for almost 5 minutes in an empty drive thru for my order to be taken. When I get to the window I am informed that what I ordered they were out of but they made a different drink instead of asking if I would like something else. I cancelled that drink. I continued to wait for my second drink that the girl at the window told her other associate I had been waiting 3 minutes and 57 seconds for. They asked me to pull around since it wasn't ready.
