Very friendly employees, but bring a very long book or 2 to read in line - used to be way faster, shouldn't take 30 mins, brutal
While the employees are always very friendly at this location (111th/Memorial), the service is very slow. This location is on my way to work so I’ve tried them out several times. Today I sat for 14 minutes (timed for review), with only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through. If you want fast service and great service I’d stick to BA, 71st/145th.
I know times these days are different.. and I usually frequent this Starbucks Bc it’s on my way to work.... but I won’t be going back to this one ever again even after lives go back to somewhat normal. It’s been over a month now to adjust to what the new normal is and this Starbucks is just the worst! I understand being out of things Bc it’s hard right now to order proper inventory but holy crap! RecommendedI am very proud of the management and staff at this Starbucks! Everyone was wearing face masks practicing safe food handling during this pandemic. They even had the front door locked to keep the zombies out.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa, OK!!!!!! They were so incredibly rude and not accommodating. We waited 30 mins in line and finally got to the front at 6:59 and they wouldn't serve us coffee because they close at seven. They said "we're closed. Bye" that's it! We gave this place so much business. Never again.
I moved over to the 111th and Memorial area and had to move Starbucks as well. I have been coming to this location since Feb of this year. From not knowing any of the baristas, to lots of messed up drinks and lots of frustration, made visiting this location super difficult before work. Lately, it seems like it’s either under new management, or they have hired new baristas that have wanted to learn regular orders, and have made it a pleasant experience the last few months. Went through drive through ordered 2 ham and Swiss crossiants and got 2 ham egg and Swiss. It seems like the last few times i have come in it’s always wrong.
Definitely the slowest Starbucks EVER!
Shout out to Starbucks for fuckin up my morning by giving me someone else's coffee. It tastes like shit and if I'm spending $6 on a coffee it better be what I ordered. Not to mention I'm lactose intolerant and this is definitely not soy milk ����
