Today, Wednesday, April 22 I walked into Starbucks. All the employees are very, very very hot. I couldn’t even stay. I had to get my coffee so quick. The heat in there is unbearable. I will not go back in until it’s fixed. I might go in if I can just pick a coffee up if I order it quickly, but I really hope somebody gets out there and fixes it cause normally the temperature in there is really nice.
It was so ridiculous, came with one of my white friend and a Mexican one , and me(I’m Asian looking) at first everything was normal we ordered our drinks separately.After all the drinks been made we sat down when I see my white friend having her name on it and mine and my Mexican friend don’t.Now tel me why only the white friend has their name on their drink, is it discrimination or what? Last time in KOP the same thing happened.Work better please
Been coming here for over a year. The place looked way better before the renovation. Now it feels less welcoming, decorative, and is linear like walking into a Subway and being rushed out. Kind of lost its charm for me.. Updated 2/14 to 2 stars this place now takes forever to get a drink. Waited over 25 minutes for one drink while they pile up mobile orders with no one there. Terrible.
I ordered the new Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha, but what's the difference between this and the regular iced matcha? They taste and look exactly the same.
