I have been going to this starbucks for over 10 years, and I am normally extremely happy with the service and quality of my drink. The baristas are always friendly, and greet everyone who comes in. Unfortunately, management at this starbucks has been failing and many mornings the store is extremely understaffed. Not only does this make the baristas job more difficult, it also means that drinks are taking 2-3 times longer to get.
