Cashier mumbles, literally mumbles when he speaks and had to ask 'what did you say?' at least 10 times! I understand they can get busy for breakfast but out of bagels and out of cream cheese? These are staples at any location. I ordered a chai latte, got a regular latte (I don't drink coffee), the breakfast items I ordered sat on the counter in the back and the girl serving them kept giving people who ordered after me their items first. Poor service, training.
They ALWAYS get my order wrong and when you tell them it’s wrong, you get attitude. It’s not my fault you messed up. AND the only reason why I even go here is because I’m running late to work and don’t have time to stop at the one next to my house. It’s coffee, not a life changing event.
Very nice Baristas who are also Coffee Masters. The Baristas even remember my name and my drinks. It’s a great local hang out where people feel comfortable to stay awhile. I love how they even recommend drinks if I want to drink something different.
