It's kinda loud since the remodel, but that's not anyone's fault who works at this location. The morning staff are the friendliest and most motivated. Prefer to visit in the mornings. Each person employed at this location is so very kind and welcoming. Worth a visit even if you're only going to get some water.
The employees that work at this location average out to ok. This morning, one of the employees that takes the stars to zero was working the window. She is always short & rude. This morning, she was dishing out extra rudeness. I had to go back because one of my drinks was wrong. I made it a point to not blame anyone, just asked if it could please be remade, if not I would buy a new one.
