As other comments have stated, the staff here needs a little bit of a retraining on proper policies. I am not trying to drink heated plastic with my morning coffee. There’s no excuse for not using the glass and doing the Americano the right way, which is to put water in the cup first, and the pour the espresso from the glass.
Starbucks on cactus and southern highlands needs a refresher training session in customer service and de-escalation. The atmosphere has turned from welcoming and ending delighted to being greeted with attitude and policies. I walked into starbucks like I normally do every single day. I asked the barista Ryu for the code to the bathroom and his response was “will you be making a purchase today” Clearly the staff needs better training on reading the room and people. Please give Grace a raise <3 I came through the drive thru pretty late to get a bunch of drinks and even sandwiches for my family. From the time she took my order, all the way to when she handed out the last drink she was incredibly kind and patient! Great customer service I’d hire her anywhere!
Drive-through offers good service but the coffee just sucks. I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream, the same thing I get anytime I go to a Starbucks. They gave me what looks like an iced latte with a lot of of milk and sugar. I was in a rush and didn’t notice until I left.
