This Starbucks location tends to burn the hot coffee very often. I've never had an unburned white chocolate mocha here. Today, I tried the apple crisp Oatmilk shaken espresso. It was more than half ice and so milky. The coffee and milk only came to the first measurement line without the ice. That's pretty disgusting, Starbucks. I tried with this location. Just wanna say this Starbucks is really friendly and amazing. He took care of me and I made a mistake in my order and he was able to fix the problems really fast. Super friendly and efficient I will be coming back to the Starbucks.
I love these Starbucks peeps so much. I could be having a long day and tired as hell and seeing these drawings on my cup makes a difference. It’s these things that make driving to this Starbucks worth it 💙
I order the same drink every visit and I specifically ask for no classic syrup, yet they still do it anyways. The staff could barely handle the bare minimum of a request. It's not that hard to just simply skip the syrup
