Friendly staff and a nice environment to sit down and have a coffee with friends or by yourself. I like to just pick up my beans from them and grounded at home in the picture.
The young male drive thru attended was professional, concise, knowledgeable, and polite to a fault. This made getting thru quick and effortless.
Update: staff gets confrontational about negative reviews when you come in person. Yes I will continue to patronize and yes I expect a certain quality from a multibillion dollar corporation. I’ve had to get my drink remade (sometimes 2 or 3 times) almost every time I go here. Espresso is terribly weak. It sucks having to go inland to get a consistent coffee from Starbucks but it takes less time to travel inland then get my drink made properly at this location.
I’m starting to think my local Starbucks is a secret government experiment in frustration, not a coffee shop. My attempts to get a simple Pike Place have more plot twists than a telenovela. This week’s saga: Drove over, craving my fix. Window out of service, doors are locked. Why? they have the sweetest and most dedicated employees. They will work in no AC or under very uncomfortable circumstances and still serve your Starbucks with a smile.
