I get Starbucks EVERYDAY. The same thing. This location is closer to be but they always get it wrong put so much cream my drink is basically white. I came here today since I was short on time & now I’m at my regular location that gets I right. My order is also super simple.
Absolutely insane to be told its policy that you have to buy something in order to get a water. I have been a long time customer with Starbucks and will no longer be due to a billion dollar company not wanting to give waters especially in arizona is just the principle and has nothing to do with money.
Went today for a coffee and a drink for my kid. Girl with glasses and a braid didn’t even acknowledge us. Just open the window gave drinks and forgot straws all while she had a look on her face. Guy there was nice but definitely not going if they can’t have basic human courtesy. A simple how was your day would’ve been nice.
