Absolutely insane to be told its policy that you have to buy something in order to get a water. I have been a long time customer with Starbucks and will no longer be due to a billion dollar company not wanting to give waters especially in arizona is just the principle and has nothing to do with money.
They refuse to give me a free ice water because I didn’t make a purchase however I didn’t make a purchase because I had just had a Starbucks coffee 2 hours earlier from another Starbucks. I buy coffee all the time at least 3-4 times per week Guess il start going somewhere else. This is the only location it’s happened btw. No one else has a problem with it.
