They refuse to give me a free ice water because I didn’t make a purchase however I didn’t make a purchase because I had just had a Starbucks coffee 2 hours earlier from another Starbucks. I buy coffee all the time at least 3-4 times per week Guess il start going somewhere else. This is the only location it’s happened btw. No one else has a problem with it.
AM employees cheerful friendly helpful EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you for the happy handwritten message on my coffee cup ☕️
