I don't know what I was delivered but that's not matcha. It's brown oil water. Insanely gross and Starbucks app number is useless too. Had to order twice because first time app switched me to pickup. Charlotte. today I got Starbucks went through the drive-through with my mother try to order our stuff she put it down wrong so I tried to correct her so I get my drink correct and then she told me that she already has it on the screen by the way it was wrong, but I was like whatever since she said that my drink better be right moving on. Literally everyone I encounter at this Starbucks is kind and friendly, especially Kal. He always sounds genuinely happy to talk to customers and his enthusiasm is infectious. This location is clean, well-organized, and very efficient. The staff all do an amazing job and deserve recognition for representing the Starbucks brand so well.
