This Starbucks on 59th Ave and Olive is usually my go-to before I head to school, but today’s experience was extremely frustrating, especially because this is now the second time I’ve had an issue like this at this location. I was already in the drive-thru when I got to the window with a $100 bill and was told they didn’t have enough change to accept it and asked if I had another way to pay. No matter what time of day I visit, how busy they are, or what day of the week it is, this location is consistently very slow. It doesn’t matter if I place a mobile order, go through the drive-thru, or even give them a 30 minute head start on my order, I still end up waiting. On top of the long wait times, there’s almost always something wrong with my drink, and the quality and consistency just aren’t the same as at other locations. It’s really disappointing, especially since this location is so close to my house.

Everyrime I go here, I am in the drive through for an eternity. For one cup of coffee, its at least 20-30 minutes. I try not to come here but I guess I hope it will be different next time. I literally sitting in the drive thru for the past 20 minutes and there is no way to leave. You're just stuck!
