I’m a Starbucks Reserve member I have been coming to Starbucks for 10 + yrs and decided to try a new Starbucks. First issue the barista taking my drive thru order did not seem to have knowledge of the menu took extra long to take my order, then from the time I ordered till I got to window it was 20 mins. The price was wrong for what I ordered another barista had to come correct it and then said he was going to make my drink personally…right now, which ended up taking another 3 mins! Can you tell your employees to not to knock on People's window. That's super disrespectful. Basic survival skills and some people don't have them. 1:52am 05/24
The worst service, they don't have anything good treatment with people
I went inside to get my coffee and roll. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean. It did take a little longer than expected due to a large order ahead of me but not a big deal. The staff thanked me for being patient. And my special order latte was perfect.
