My moms drink sucked and I was having a good day until they yelled at us
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee and a cake pop. I received the cake pop quickly. However, after waiting 15 minutes with no coffee, I noticed several customers who arrived after me being served and leaving. When I asked about my order, I was told it “didn’t go through.” While I understand errors happen, by then almost 20 minutes had passed. What made it worse was that my drink wasn’t made right away.
