I specifically put in my order to have the cheese removed from the breakfast sandwich, and yet it still came with it, so I had to throw it away. I put the order in through the app for drive-through pick up very early in the morning before they were even busy at all and was on my way to work, so I couldn't go back to have remade. Very frustrating!!!
Drive thru - average speed. The drink was hot, tasty and made correctly.
I have been here a handful of times before and all the employees have been super warm and welcoming, but that wasn’t the case today. The person taking my order at the drive thru was impatient with me, didn’t say hello just stuck the credit card processor out the window even though i tried telling her i had a gift card to use first a couple times - she was preoccupied i guess.
