Very sweet lady, I didn’t know my sandwich had pork and she was very sweet about it to change it out. I really appreciated that a lot!
I am increasingly disappointed in the talent hired by Starbucks. Today, I entered this store, primarily a drive-up but since I use a personal cup, I am forced to walk-in for the 10 cent credit (lol). No one else but 4 or 5 staff were inside, and yet apart from an anemic "hi" upon entry, I was not greeted at the register with common courtesy, warm hospitality, or even "Hi!"
