I have been coming to this SB for over 4 years. The coffee and food are good. The people here are always nice. When I switched to decaffeinated drinks, the staff helped me figure out my new choices. I have used this location to put together Christmas lists for my children, do homework, study, and I even set up a first date here. This location has never been loud and there is a nice seating area outside.
Walked into this Starbucks and immediately felt unwelcome. No greeting, staff seemed moody, and one employee kept giving me uncomfortable looks while I was simply looking at the new Miffy cups (not touching anything). Because of the atmosphere, I decided to place my order through the app instead of ordering in person. My food item was fine, but my coffee was completely wrong. It's actually quite impressive how every time I go here they manage to put the wrong name on the cup. Doesn't matter if they repeat it back to me correctly, they'll still put the wrong name on the cup. My name is Jude. They've put hugh, jew, June, jade, and even Julie. Makes it very confusing when the drink comes out cause I can never tell if it's actually mine, and when I try to ask, they act like I've just killed their dog. Some of Y'all at this location need hearing aids and attitude adjustments.
