The service has become extremely rude. I went up to check on my drink because it said “ready” on the screen, and the women working gave each other a side eye/eye roll right in front of me like, who am I to be asking? It’s silly - my simple cold brew had already taken 10 minutes and I was right to check on it. I don’t need to be eye rolled at on top of a long wait.
An awesome staff really makes a difference.
