The new security gates that the Safeway store has added makes it difficult to enter and exit. There is now only one exit in the store, so you go in right next to the Starbucks but then once you have your drink you must walk to the other end of the store to get out of the store. Will not be using the Starbucks ever again.
Last time I came in during the day; our request for kids temp drink wasn’t recognized. This time the lady working (12/30 5pm) was so sweet and patient with us and our daughter, offered suggestions when my 2 year old got picky and offered a new drink if she didn’t like the strawberry lemonade (thankfully she loved it!). Mine and my husbands drinks were delicious
The workers here are phenomenal. My friend has a specifically tough order and they happily oblige her on a weekly basis. They are friendly and personable. These workers make it happen with smiles and good work ethic. They can’t do all the things the chain stores can but they make happen what they can and I prefer them to the chain stores! Good job team, you rock!
Being like 5:00 pm 9/1/23 I ordered 3 drinks, the cashier who served me seemed unsanitary apparently she has the flu and holding her nose and making those drinks is disgusting
Bad costumer servers!!
