February 14 2026 what a terrible service, the employees don't even say hello to the costumers, and they pretend to be busy doing nothing, instead helping the people and the manager notice this but she is to busy in her cellphone to do something, really sad
Reeked of coffee, staff is annoying, coffee was unbearably hot
New policy’s concerning iced expressos… they cannot fill the cup… even with regular amount of ice. They leave it a little more then 1 in from top and want to charge an additional $1 for about 2oz of milk…. my drink order was simple iced triple with oat milk, vanilla bean and reg vanilla… this ran me about 5.50 to begin with…Honestly I feel like all the hassle for $1 extra was that’s a bit much.
