Service at this store has gone way downhill. Staff are frequently sitting in the dining area - taking up space for customers. Large groups of young, unsupervised kids frequently hang out here and are a disruption.
I have been a regular since the store opened. This is one of the worst I have seen it. The manager has fired the workers which ran the store smoothly, or they chose to leave on their own accord. I usually go through the drive thru, most times it’s not bad but my drink (brown sugar shaken espresso) is either made great (25% of the time) or tastes completely wrong. Worst Starbucks ever
This place consistently gets their drinks wrong. I typically order from out North and my drink is always amazing, but when I order that exact drink from here it tastes horrible. It makes no sense, but it happens to me and my colleagues every single time yet we keep trying to give them another chance and nope. Food and service are fine, maybe it’s just a training issue?
