First of all they supposedly didn't have change for a $50 bill. You're charging $10 a cup of coffee and you're telling me you don't have change for a $50??? We made a small order and then went and asked for a cup of water which they didn't care for because 15 minutes passed and nothing until I got up to ask again. Just honestly not a good experience and bad service quality.
I have a new policy, I will no longer be shopping at places like this store, where I got to come and buy something every single time, just to quickly use the restroom and clean up after myself. I have wasted too much money with this company previously on what tasted like poisonous drinks, it's something wrong with the syrup it tastes like poison to me. There is no place to sit. Please bring back the chairs. The modern decor is cute but sometimes you just want to sit and enjoy your coffee. They removed the chairs from this location.
