Had a friend order me a venti iced black tea no water light ice. She brought it back to work and it is ultra sweet. I did not order classic and no other Starbucks adds that to ice tea these days without asking as an addition. In an effort to at least get a refund I’ve attempted calling as I won’t be able to get this fixed until I’m off work. I can’t get ahold of anyone - the phone just has a constant busy dial tone.
