Today's service was horrible (Fontana/Sierra and Valley Blvd.). I can't imagine that the person is so busy at the window that they talk over you to anticipate what you want to say for my order. I never expected that rude response from the girl from the window i like to buy my drings starbucks no only 1 time but every single day and nobody The talk to me this way if you don’t have good training as a costumer service fine another job period i hope they do something about it
One of your employees asked for my boyfriends number on our receipt. I saw it and called her out and she immediately slammed the window shut and flipped me off. Ridiculous that no manager was called for me and they recorded us and laughed.

This Starbucks is rude. Yesterday, the gal is drive-thru was rude & today, too. My husband order Venti Chai Frappucino w Almond milk, LOTS of cinnamon and whipped. Both times he got to the window & our drinks were Grande. Today, she said, if you want a bigger drink you have to get in the back of the line. That is unacceptable.
