Second location that serves me a bad coffee. Milk was chunky I tried to call, they put me on hold.
Food (egg and gouda sandwich) and drink (hot chocolate) were good. However, when paying at the drive-up window the staff person deliberately moved the card reader as I was pushing the tip amount so that I ended up paying the maximum amount. Sneaky.
