Always a treat to visit there
We thought we were getting lucky after seeing the line at the new dutchbros coffee. Absolutely not, Leah, the girl that took our order was one of the rudest people. She was just standing there after taking orders, then decided to be somewhat beneficial and changed out the trash for her team. she then proceeded to grab our drink WITHOUT washing her hands. Beaver Roofing loves the Starbucks on Main & Summit! The team here has such high energy, creates a memorable experience, and most of all has most consistently handcrafted drinks every time we roll through the drive thru. Rachel, Korey, Sandy, Kim, Hannah, Josh, and the rest of the team make this my go to coffee spot in the AM!
Why Does every other employee have the worst attitude at this Starbucks location, and the worst offender of them all is the manager Sandy Simmons. Time to retire. Talking to her is like talking to a brick wall, no resolution to anything. Drinks made incorrectly and refusal to fix the issue.
Snobby attitudes every time I come thru. Not my favorite location.
