I was totally disrespected this morning at was once my favorite Starbucks, after my nasty experience with a Manager named Sandra Simmons I will no longer be doing any business there. I also was told by other customers that I was being given the middle finger in the drive thru which is on camera and I will have the district manager take a look at.
Nicest Starbucks ever! Loved the atmosphere. And they actually give you a real cup if you staying in.
I genuinely didn’t know what came in the Starbucks refreshers and when asked, the lady was so sarcastic and rude to me. I made my order and then couldn’t fathom to wait to see this wonderful human I had just spoken to. I drove off.
must leave a 5 star review after leaving 1 star for their neighbor, the crown point broadway location. as a daily starbucks drinker i go out of my way to this location because of the consistency & kind baristas. i greatly appreciate how they always follow personal cup instructions, unlike the broadway location. most importantly the baristas here are the sweetest, most accommodating i’ve encountered. any time i have an issue with my drink they never hesitate to fix it. wonderful service.
