The staff is usually pretty friendly, and I always received great service. My drinks are made perfect 99% of the time.
Starbucks sucks, but this location isn't bad, the coffee is tolerable, the employees are pleasant, to the point you sometimes can even forget you are in a Starbucks, which is always a good feeling
