I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks for several years, coming almost every weekend for breakfast and to spend a little time online. Today, however, was very disappointing. For the lady that wants to become a new manager, Crystal, you should have a better customer service skills. Your customer service skills should not be towards only one ethnicity it should be towards everybody. Stopped by this Starbucks one recent morning to get a refresher. Didn’t even realize until after I got to my next destination that they’d written a nice message on my drink cup that read, “Enjoy your day!” It was so thoughtful and appreciated. It made me think that often times, it’s the little things that can have a big impact. It made an impression on me that would make me go to this Starbucks again. To whomever the barista that wrote the message, I hope that you enjoy your day!✨ Thank you!
This is by far my favorite Starbucks location! The staff are always warm and they make their drinks with perfection.
