have been a loyal customer of Starbucks for over 25 years, but my experience this morning was very disappointing. The store manager or shift manager on duty was unable to handle the situation properly at all. There was poor organization, long wait times, and a lack of basic customer service. Great staff
I was craving Starbucks and happened to be close to Starbucks Coffee in Burnt Mills. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I was greater by the team as soon as I opened the door and my drink was made to perfection! It was so good that I wanted to go back and order a second one for the road. Caitlyn took my order and was very pleasant! I enjoyed chatting with her. Karel made my drink and made it SO WELL that I felt like he knew me.
