Writing this review to say that Aysia is wondeful and always makes the experience of being in store a lovely one. I've been coming to this Starbucks for years and it has always been pleasant, but had to give a shoutout to a great barrista! Thanks for your cute cup notes and bright vibes!!
So I’ve never been treated like a criminal by another minority . Ethiopian female with dreads to be exact . Walked in to wash my hands and grab a cup of coffee. On the way in this female almost tackled me to stop me and tell me I can’t use the restroom without buying anything first . No hello or anything. this is always my go to starbucks before work, they are super attentive with all their customers and very respectful. my drinks always come out perfect
I didn’t catch her name but the brunette Barista working today made my afternoon better. I ordered from the wrong Starbucks the location on colesville rd. She could tell immediately I didn’t wanna go there and she offered to make my drink for me even though there were people in line. She assured me it was fine and was genuinely kind about it which is hard to come by these days…She also made me a great iced latte, quickly. She should be recognized by Starbucks. Go to this location to get great service.
