I stop at Starbucks several times during the week, usually in the morning, and I wanted to recognize one of your baristas, Sarah. She always does a great job. No matter how busy it is, she has a smile on her face, is polite and friendly, and absolutely hustles. I’ve watched her take orders, turn around and make the drinks, help customers, and keep things moving—all while maintaining the same positive attitude. The one in royerford is 10X better. They always make the drinks accurately to what the customer orders. Here not so much. Do they even read your tag? No spice on the PSL?
I was most impressed. I'm so picky about my coffee but the guy there got it perfect and he did it with a smile
staff is always amazing during the week in the mornings! its frustrating when i come in on weekends because it seems like theres no sense of urgency.its mot very busy and i waited for a drink and 2 items for 10 minutes while staff talked, danced and made their own food. Also my drink came out incorrect. weekdays are amazing but weekends need help.
