Really disappointed with this location. Staff is consistently rude, inept, incompetent, lazy and unprofessional. Will not return. I've been to a number of Starbucks over the years, but this one might be the worst. I can only imagine how pathetic (or non existent) management here is. Totally unacceptable.
Long line of people. Baristas won’t even look in the direction of the people waiting.
This is the worse Starbucks I ever went to I live close by so I’m here a couple of times even tho I hate it everytime I come here it takes about 20/30 mins just to get a drink and everytime they make my drink it always dose not taste right yesterday I order a caramel coffee It taste like coconut coffee I get embarrassed to say to remake the drinks cause that’s how often I do it so I just drank it and shut it up n then today I went there with my daughter to get a strawberry refresher and took about 20 mins and im just over th... read more
Best Baristas & Iced Lattes in Boca!!! Packed during Snowbird Season !!! I am an animal guardian, and I bring my furbabies here. Clean & very busy store in Mizner with THE BEST CARMEL ICED LATTES in the sunny state!!! The Baristas make the best concoctions at this Starbucks !!! They love furbabies, and my furbabies love them and the pup cups!!!
