I’ve lived in the area for 21 years. The Mizner Park SBUX was my go to…5 minutes from home, a few minutes from the ocean at the end of Palmetto Park Road and in Mizner Park. It has deteriorated over the years and I cannot attach a specific date to its decline, it’s definitely declined. Noticeably. First, upon entering, it looks drab. Old. Worn. Unclean. Dark.
