I really like this Starbucks for meeting people and walking around after and talking.
Worst macchiato of my life so far!! Just dark water .
As a resident in Mizner Park this coffee shop is lacking in customer service and the quality. I have ordered a head of time on multiple occasions and have had to wait more than 10 minutes for my drink while the staff behind the counter looks at their phones and NEVER acknowledges customers coming in. The music is so loud it’s hard to have a conversation in person with someone. So now I have stopped going and will only go to the other coffee shop in town.
I am a reserve customer who spends $11.18 every morning at Starbucks. I asked for a simple cup of water last night because I was extremely dehydrated and the lady behind the counter asked if I was making a purchase as well. I know they have rules. But For someone who spends that much everyday on Starbucks, I laughed in her face. Thankfully, the other kind barista working gave me water.
