Not cool to order a grande and get a almost a tall (it looks like less than that). If this were a cappuccino that would be one thing but this was ordered as a latte and I pulled out of the drive thru (running late) with this. 👎🏽
This is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is very friendly and they have the best customer service.
Typically I go to a locally owned business for breakfast but it was too early and they were all closed, I did drive through and got some breakfast sandwiches and a frappacino. Shorty was working the drive through intercom and it was without a doubt the most pleasant ordering experience I’ve had at a drive through. Friendly, competent, fast, and thorough. I still will opt to buy locally owned wherever I can, but gosh this experience makes me want to go back. Thanks Shorty!
