I visited this Starbucks today and picked up my order at 10:50 AM. Unfortunately, the guy working at the counter at the pickup area was rude and dismissive, which made the experience unpleasant. I’ve always expected a higher level of customer service from Starbucks, and this visit really missed the mark. As a loyal customer, I was disappointed — a brand known for warmth and consistency should reflect that in every interaction.
