Horrible horrible horrible experience... I went in there asking for a simple complimentary cup of iced cold water... not only did I get refused that simple request but was humiliated and degraded by their employees one in particular that called herself the manager even spelled her name out for me when I asked her name in the most condescending way as if I'm some fool who just walked in off the street. We went through the drive through we had just left cleaning and it was hot and my daughter wanted water but we were told that we had to make a purchase so I ordered my favorite Caramel Frappaccino w extra caramel , it was delicious.
Order 2 drink and the remade it 3 times and still got it wrong and when we got the new drinks they had given me a Attitude at the end
