Consistently slow and well behind, including mobile orders. Staff doesn’t seem to care at all, no sense of urgency, never apologetic.

This Starbucks is a small, neighborhood spot that works for a drop by stop. There is no drive through though, so it is more of a walk in and wait setup. Service can be a little slow at times, especially if a few orders stack up. The menu is the standard Starbucks lineup, so you know exactly what you are getting, which I personally like. The space is very limited, with just a bit of seating, which makes it better for grab and go rather than staying a while. It does have a couple outside tables though, which is nice. Was really disappointed. I came in tonight at 7:30 for a drink. And the baristas made me wait until they were finished completing whatever cleaning tasks or closing tasks they had to do like those things were more important than taking a customer's order. I had to ask them, can they take my order. After waiting as the only customer in line for 4 mins
