Take that curbside bullshit out. After a long night shift and still have to wait..its a simple thing but its part of the service..if its not gonna be done even if theres staff just standing around then just take that shit out
The lady that took my order was so kind! She had been there 15 years and she is definitely that one person that LOVES her job! This is what makes an experience worth it! Way to go Starbucks for hiring this ma'am 15 years ago. The place is also well kept and efficient!
Went on a run and needed a pick-me-up. Decided to order a simple Carmel macchiato. My man likes whip so I asked for some on top. They call my name and right off the bat…no whip. I request whip and she tells me to remove the lid and puts on some whip. Then she drowns the top in Caramel. She asks if it’s too much and I had no time to stick around.
