Do not go to this Starbucks! I ordered a grande light ice, Horchata Oat milk Shaken espresso only because, I’m not an ice fan in any of my drinks. Was told, then my drink would not be a full cup. Wow! you can’t add a few more tablespoons of oat milk 😠. Just unheard of.
Today, I had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had yet. I sat down and heard “Andrea” called, so I got up and grabbed the drink. One of the workers immediately snapped at me and told me it wasn’t mine and to give it back. Okay—honest mistake, but the way it was handled was unnecessarily rude and awkward.
