I had a really bad experience at this place, starting with the guy who rang me up. I was ordering an iced pumpkin cream chai and a café mocha; I said "good morning" to him twice, but he never responded—he wouldn't even make eye contact—and his basic customer service was really unpleasant. He took my order, but since he never made eye contact and was clearly serving me reluctantly, he didn't pay attention and gave me an iced pumpkin coffee when I had asked for a chai—anyway!!!
I wish I can give zero stars the reason that I ordered it to pick up is I need to pick it up and leave and drop my daughter at school not wait out there and ask him five times if my order is ready At the end, they gave me a different thing from what I order
I got a drink, first time, and although I asked for light ice it was over half filled of ice.
Are restrooms cleaned here? Weeks ago, I reported a dangerously loose toilet seat in a restroom. (An elderly woman could have a serious fall and injury.) Today, it was even more loose. Ignored. Inexcusable.
