Are restrooms cleaned here? Weeks ago, I reported a dangerously loose toilet seat in a restroom. (An elderly woman could have a serious fall and injury.) Today, it was even more loose. Ignored. Inexcusable.

Absolutely love this Starbucks! The baristas are super friendly and always make my drink just right. It's a cozy spot to relax or get some work done—definitely my go-to place for a caffeine fix!
