Today was my last straw. I am usually here periodically. The first time I came to this store , the restroom was trashed ! I politely mentioned it to one employee,even blamed the customers using the bathroom,the attitude was dismissive, to say the least so I dismissed my input! The second run in was about iced water , where I was told that I was NOT allowed an extra large cup of iced water ,Starbucks policy and so on I rambled on ,took what they gave me and left. This is by far the best Starbucks in SD. Mylene always has a positive attitude and makes the atmosphere great.
I adore this Starbucks! This place treats you like family—I love spending early mornings here! It’s always clean and well-lit and comfortable. The people who come in are nice. This Starbucks is basically my home away from home whenever I’m working in the area. Thank you to everyone at this location who works the dawn patrol —thank you for great coffee and for always making me feel comfie hanging out a while and getting some work done. :-)
