The staff is the best - Alice, Brandi & everyone else.
Service was fast when I went. Didn't understand the "ring a bell if you were highly satisfied" sign. I had great service but really don't want to hear a bell ring before my caffeine fix :)

Ever stop to think that tourists there have a hard time figuring out what they want and some r from other countries, making it challenging! It's run on "island time" so if u r in such a hurry visit DD
Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to!
So why go if the service is so slow and you don't get anything after 15 minutes?
Service isn't slow, went in at 8 in the morning, people were lined out the door and still made it through for coffee in five minutes.
