Always end up waiting Atleast 15 minutes wether there is a line or not
Service was incredibly slow. We were in drive up 20 minutes before we even got to the ordering window. Then it was another 10 minutes to get to pick up window. Way too slow
The health department needs to shut this place down. The counters are covered in food. Milk was sitting out for more than 20 minutes. I spent 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks. Customer service is poor. I drive to another town if I want Starbucks. Pekin is dirty, needs education and customer service skills. This starts at the top.
