The drinks are always good and the staff is always friendly, but the wait times for drinks are so inconsistent. It’s hard to stop before work because you never know if your mobile order will be ready in 5 minutes or 30 minutes. This morning, there were 5 staff working, no line and an iced tea still took 20 minutes. It’s the only Starbucks in and close to Pekin so I think people will continually return, but hopefully to see more consistency in the future.
During the week..in and out with my order..weekends, i usually have to place an online order because of the wait..app says order should be ready in 30 minutes but expect to wait another 30 minutes when you arrive at the storefor the order
Great staff: helped me get my flowers loaded & lent me a bucket for my bicycle ride back to Granny's. Patient folks.
Even when busy relatively quick drive through. Accurate orders. Kind service. The only bummer is the parking lot.
