This message is to the store owner - Disappointing experience today. I usually love this Starbucks — the people are always super nice, and the atmosphere is great. That’s why 5 stars. But today was honestly the worst experience I’ve had here. I ordered my usual iced drink through the app and picked it up within 4 minutes. When I got my drink, it was noticeably not full — about 3 inches from the top, 1/4 of the cup empty. Lovely more old school Starbucks, still has tables and chairs and no drive through, excellent service from friendly staff!
Service was excellent. My Frappuccino was excellent. Overall, a good experience.
