Very rude service. They refused to add milk to my coffee. Extremely unprofessional.
I placed an order this morning on the app, and the drink was made incorrectly. My husband had picked it up ($30 worth of food and drinks) maybe 15 minutes after I place the order. I called to see if I can have mine remade because of their mistake, and drove up to get my replacement drink. I asked politely if they would replace my sandwich since it was super cold and hard now. This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Usually fast, correct, and nice. The last several times I have been in it’s the opposite. The team is slow and clearly is not trained well, the manager is not kind and the drinks are often wrong. Wrong + Slow + Snarky = a bad review. This is not a one time experience. I am here on a Wednesday at 1:15 and there are 3 people waiting for drinks and they have been waiting longer than me. It’s not even busy now! No one in drive through!! Do better Starbucks!
Very rude female employee over 50 years old that works at Bardmoor location refused to give my child a cup of water since I did not make any purchase. I mentioned that I will come back after my son’s tutor to make a purchase but she did not care. Very disappointed in the way employee is treating their loyal customers.
