Worst customer service ever. Six baristas on staff and they can only make one drink at a time. What does Starbucks pay them for? To make snide comments about doing their job and give the guests dirty looks or ignore them? No, wiping off a clean counter is not more important than a paying customer. These people seem to hate their jobs. No wonder...they suck at it. I only patronize then because the drinks are more affordable than the other coffee shops in the area.
I've had three shaken espresso drinks (best Starbucks drinks ever) at this location. All have been terrible. For whatever reason they can't do it. I've had one with so much oatmilk you could taste the coffee. The last two the oakmilk has coagulated at the bottom of the cup. Kinda gross.
