2/10 experience today. While most of the staff was friendly and respectful, one was clearly overwhelmed and nasty. I’ve worked in service 25 years and it’s never acceptable. I don’t know her name but I’m Sure the staff knows who as it’s about 1pm.
They always make a note to greet you when you enter and leave. I've never had any sub-par service yet and one time I came back because my whipped cream had melted (I thought they skipped it but they didn't) and they gladly gave me more.
