Need educate custmer survice to employee. Took wrong order then blame on the customer. Bad service
The service was excellent. They made sure they received the right order and the right persons' name. The frappucinos here are great!
Smaller, open floor plan doesn't lend itself to private conversations, but quiet vibe is good for getting work done.

Had my gold card since 2008! Since switching our free drinks to paperless, I called and the refunded ALL 10 drinks I earned, had trouble linking gold card to iPhone App! Call# they'll add to card!
The morning baristas rock :) super love their attitude and smiles! Much appreciated!
