I came to Starbucks here at 6:33pm on 4/5. I was supposed to meet my girlfriend here at 7pm. Since I came right after work, I arrived early and I had to wait about 30 minutes. I asked for the bathroom password to go to the bathroom, but staff at front lady said she only gives it to paying customers and asked me to buy a drink. She was so rude,She looked at me like I was homeless and her expression looked like she didn't want to work and acted like I shouldn't bother her. When into Starbucks to use their facilities because I was far away from home and I wasn’t allowed to use their bathroom because I didn’t purchase at this time While I spend my money there is ok but if am not consuming at that moment I’m not allowed to use their bathroom Well guess what you just made me very upset and I won’t be consuming your expensive products I will forgo my lattes for a long time their store policy sucks This store is located in 691 main st off the 22 fwy in Orange California
